Parmanand Ghanshyamdas
P G Sindhi Library is an archive of books owned by Late Shri Parmanand Ghanshyamdas, a Mumbai-based teacher of Mathematics. Apart from being an educator, he was an avid reader and ardent supporter of Sindhi writing. In his lifetime, he collected a lot of Sindhi books, a gesture he saw as necessary to keep Sindhi language and literature alive. The books archived on this website are from his personal collection. These have been digitised and shared freely as a step towards sustaining his support for all things Sindhi and in the spirit of his generosity towards sharing books as a means to knowledge with others. The larger purpose behind this archive is also the preservation of these endangered books whose physical condition has deteriorated to a great extent. Before we lose them forever, they must find a digital presence.
